XcelXcel is a program where gymnasts can experience all the aspects of gymnastics including workouts, strength, knowledge of the sport and competition. All of this and only spending 2 days a week in the gym. The director and coach of Xcel is Kristen Davis. The Xcel levels include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Xcel will be competing competing Jan.-March!! All-American (Saturday January 14th)
I-15 South, take exit 273 for 1600 North Lindon, turn right, right on Geneva Rd. next to the Harley Davidson Dealership, go back under the freeway and turn left onto Center Street, follow the road until it T's and the gym is on your left.
Black Diamond (Friday February 24th)
From SLC Take Parley's Canyon, Exit and kimbal Jct. (#145) and turn right at the light, get into the left lane immediately and turn left onto Ute Blvd at the traffic light, follow Ute Blvd 1/2 mile into the Field House parking lot.
